TailorFit was engineered from the ground up to operate with zero server dependency. We do not collect, store, transmit, or monetize your information because we do not own a server. Every customer profile, body measurement, order status, and expense log you enter remains strictly inside your device’s private storage.

    You never need to sign up, log in, or provide an email address to use the app. Just open TailorFit and start managing your shop instantly.

  • 100% Local Storage

    All customer details, custom measurements, order workflows, and expense totals stay on your device’s internal memory. Nothing ever leaves your phone.

  • No Cloud Transfers or Synced Backups

    We do not transmit your data to remote cloud servers, external databases, or third-party storage providers.

  • Fully Functional Offline

    TailorFit operates entirely without an internet connection. Your business records remain completely accessible whether you are online or offline.

📸 Device Permissions

TailorFit requests only one optional permission to function properly:

  • Camera & Media Access: Used exclusively to let you capture or upload photos of fabric swatches and outfit designs directly into an order file.

Important: Any image attached to an order is saved locally within the app's isolated private folder on your phone. Photos are never uploaded, analyzed, or shared across any network.

TailorFit never requests access to your contacts, GPS location, microphone, call logs, or SMS messages.

🚫 No Advertising, Analytics, or Tracking

TailorFit contains zero ads, zero analytics, and zero tracking SDKs.

  • No Cookies or Trackers: We do not track how you use the app or monitor your activity.

  • No Data Brokers: We do not sell, rent, or trade any information—local or otherwise—to third parties.

  • No Background Network Calls: TailorFit makes no background requests to external servers or ad networks.

🔒 Data Security & Retention

Because TailorFit operates entirely offline using Android’s secure app sandbox, there are no cloud databases that can be breached, leaked, or hacked. Your login credentials cannot be stolen because they do not exist.

  • Data Control: You retain absolute ownership over your records.

  • App Uninstallation: Because all data resides locally on your device, uninstalling the TailorFit application will permanently erase its stored files from your phone's storage. We recommend keeping your own manual backups of essential records if you plan to switch devices.

👶 Children’s Privacy

TailorFit is a commercial tool intended solely for shop owners, tailors, and business staff. Because the app does not collect personal information from any user, it does not knowingly collect or process data from children.
